REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY Real Tech Company |

1. Return window. Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a
return. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
2. Eligibility. Unless the product listing or law says otherwise, items
should be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging
and included accessories. Any lawful exclusions (such as
personalized or hygiene-sensitive items) must be disclosed on the
relevant product page before purchase.
3. Requesting a return. Email peter@realtechhub.us with your order
number, item, and reason. Wait for instructions before mailing
anything. Do not send returns to the business mailing address unless
we confirm it is the correct return location; supplier return
locations may differ.
4. Return shipping. [Original shipping charges are REFUNDABLE,
except where required by law or where the return is due to our
error.
5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Email peter@realtechhub.us
promptly with the order number, details, and photos if appropriate.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, return, repair,
or refund as appropriate and required by law.
6. Refund processing. Approved refunds will be sent to the original
payment method unless otherwise required or agreed. Our processing
target after approval is 7 business days;
banks/payment providers may need additional time.
7. Cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible to request a
cancellation or change. Because orders may be sent to suppliers
quickly, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping
begins. Refunds due for canceled orders will be issued to the
original payment method.
8. Exchanges. Exchanges are allowed if returned in 30 days of purchase.
