1. Processing. Orders are submitted for processing after payment is
confirmed. Processing time varies by product and supplier. 1-3 days of processing time. Processing is separate from transit time.
2. Destinations. We ship to destinations available at checkout. [LIST

Orders to unsupported locations may be canceled and refunded.
3. Shipping costs. Available shipping options and charges are shown at
checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer and its conditions
will be shown on the site.
4. Delivery estimates. Estimates depend on product, supplier,
destination, and carrier and are not guarantees. Weather, customs,
carrier delays, and incorrect addresses may affect delivery. Do not
advertise speeds suppliers cannot reliably meet.
5. Tracking. If tracking is available, details will be sent to the
email provided once supplied by the supplier or carrier. Updates may
take time to appear.
6. Supplier dropshipping. A supplier or fulfillment partner may ship
products directly to you. Packaging, dispatch location, and timing
can vary by supplier and product. We remain your point of contact
for order questions.
7. Address accuracy. Customers are responsible for accurate shipping
details. Email peter@realtechhub.us promptly if an address is wrong;
changes cannot be guaranteed after supplier processing begins.
Reshipment charges may apply where permitted by law.
8. Lost/delayed packages. If tracking appears stalled or a package may
be lost, contact peter@realtechhub.us. We will review the available
information and work with the supplier/carrier as appropriate.
Resolution follows applicable law and our Refund and Return Policy.
